Initial Therapy Appointment (60 min) - $375
Standard Follow Up Therapy Session (45 min) - $240
Rates for non-clinical consultation, clinical supervision and consultation, and community education programs available upon request.
PHDC reserves 10% of session times for clients experiencing significant financial hardship.
Policies
PHDC is an “out of network” provider and does not accept insurance directly. Though reimbursement is not guaranteed, I provide a detailed “superbill” that clients can submit to their insurance.
Virtual therapy services offered on a case-by-case basis for clients located in PSYPACT states.
Clients are charged in full for (preventable) cancellations less than 48 hours in advance, as well as late arrivals to scheduled sessions.
The hours of 2-5pm are reserved for individual therapy with children and adolescents.
When full, PHDC provides alternative referrals and maintains a short waitlist of clients who have completed an initial referral call and agree to renew their interest in and availability for therapy.
